The Nightmare

Some of you guys will probably be thinking that i'm going into an in depth topic about
a life situation and then compare it to a nightmare but what i'm talking about is an actual
nightmare that happened like half an hour ago.

I'd just finished reading "the confession" by John grisham(Really great book in case
you're wondering) and it was around 2.30 that i laid down for an afternoon nap.
As all of you may know from  experience that a dream disappears from your memory
faster than a cake on a Christmas day.I am struggling to remember most of it but i think
the nightmare took place in  2 parts.

I have very little recollection of the first part i think it was because i woke up
somewhat before i drifted off into sleep before i saw the second part. There seems to have been some sortof eerie place(The location seems to have been consistent for both nightmares)beyond the borders of which i was unable to see or move.
There was definitely some sort of plot involved that wasmaking me uncomfortable. At some point i remember feeling as though my head was reeling with pain and a blurry figure somewhere in sight. At this point i think i woke up and it seems that the pain was  real and i was actually unable to raise my head

The Gym

It was about 6 months ago that i joined a gym.
I went there with great expectations. After the first day i had trouble lifting my hands above my
shoulders and by the 2 day i couldn't even move my hands properly.
I was adamant and decided to endure the agony for 1 more week and like a miracle the pain stopped
At that momment i was certain that i was going to keep this as a regular habit but i haven't been to the gym in the last 4 months.
My advice you guys would be to go running or swimming or do some exercises at home
Unless you're sure you can continue perpetually gym can do you more harm than good.

THE PROJECT

Our group has finally finished our project work at BPCL cochin refinery.
The Ambalamugal refinery is really a place you have to see if you wanna understand the extent of work involved in petrochemical refining. The place is basically run by the chemical dept.
We were assigned to the engg. and construction dept. and our project was to design a pressure vessel.
The most remarkable thing that we all agree on is the all you can eat buffay lunch that is provided there for free.Samuel swears that he won't live up to 50 years with the amount of cholestrol if he were to get a job there.
Even though the lab exams interrupted 2 days of the project we completed it on time
and honestly most of the work was done by Jarly.
The design process itself is done according to ASME code.Section 8 div.1 is the code used to design pressure vessels.
The process is pretty much the same as that of machine design with the exception that the charts and
tables are a lot more complicated and there are a lot more components to considar.

The Braveman  is the name of the safety shoes that was issued to us.It's worth at least 3000 bucks
and really tough.Another group of 4(Anas,Joseph,Ananthu,Edwin)are leaving Monday I wish
them Best of luck.
P.S :If you guys miss breakfast don't worry, the lunch at the refinery will be more than enough
I've finally reached the decision to post the things going on in my head.
So guys and gals please bear with me.
Hi I'm on blogger.
